Fitness tips for busy people

You can easily become more active during your working day. Here are a few tips for busy people.
- Park one kilometer from your workplace, or get off public transportation one station earlier and walk the rest of the way. Wear comfortable shoes.
- Use a restroom that’s farther down the hall or on another floor. Walk to your colleague’s office to deliver a message instead of sending an e-mail.
- Sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair. This is an easy way to strengthen your back and to improve your sense of balance.
- Climb stairs, walk, or jog during your lunch hour.
- Meet for table tennis, badminton, or basketball at the park with colleagues after work, instead of getting together for drinks.
