You've been given the task of chairing
a meeting but are not sure if you're well prepared. Take a few minutes
to learn a few common phrases that will give you the confidence to open
a meeting efficiently.
Not every meeting has exactly the same topics, but most meetings have similar structures:
Introduction, Discussion, Conclusion.

The chairperson needs to be confident doing the following:

Making the necessary introductions
Explaining the objectives
