When was the last time a colleague offered to help you with something? If the answer is never and with nothing, you may need to start offering your colleagues some help first. Only then can you realistically expect them to offer you help or to respond positively when you ask for help. Your relationship with colleagues is not only about getting the work done, it's also about give and take, too with the emphasis on giving, not taking!
