We've created an exercise to test your reactions in a situation when things don't quite go according to plan. Sometimes, there is simply no time for the usual introductions. For example, what do you say when you're late?

Samuel flies in from Frankfurt for a meeting with Robin, his colleague in the London branch of their company. Samuel arrives on time, but Robin is not there. He's late.
