why you don't give me any points though my answer was correct: "substantiael"

Dear JeanPierre

We don't give you any points for "substantiael" as this word is not correct. You are probably thinking of "substantial", without an "e". The letters we give, however, cannot be used to spell "substantial". Try the test again to find out which word we are looking for.
