Dear Madam / Sir, 17.10.08

Today, I did this test for the first time.
Above this test I am told that I did it before (on the 17 10 08) with a result of 20 out of 90 points.
As my English is much better than this, your reference is totally wrong.

Today my result was: 67 %

Best Regards
Sigrid Schuster

Dear Sigrid Schuster

Thank you for sending us your feedback.

Our system always registers a score when you press the "submit" button, even if you have not completed the test. As soon as you press "submit", a score is saved in your account. If you go back and continue with the test, this first score will show up immediately.

I'm afraid this is what must have happened with your score of 20 per cent.

BTW, congratulations on your score of 67 %. This test is really quite difficult. Your English is very good!

Kind regards

Deborah Capras

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thanks for your reply.

Today, I did this test again. The result I got was 75 of 90 points.
Unfortunatley, I had two more answers correct (=10 points) and only one was wrong.
So it should have shown 85 of 90 points.
I think there is a problem here with your programme.

Kind regards

Sigrid Schuster

EDIT: Sorry, I think I twice did a blank space directly behind my answer and then it was registered as a fault. So I suggest that other users keep this in mind.

Dear Sigrid Schuster

Thank you for your comments.

When you type in the answer, do not type in any extra spaces as they will be marked as incorrect by the system.

We are looking into a way of correcting this kind of error message.

Best regards

Deborah Capras
