1. I’d be very grateful if you would send me the latest catalogue.
2. I’d appreciate it if you could let me know by tomorrow.

4. I’d told you if anything interesting had happened.
5. If I could just say one thing about that: it’s just not true.
6. Had I known you were waiting, I would go to see you.
