Nobody likes to complain — or do you? In business, it’s often necessary to complain, but you don’t want to make any mistakes if you do. And you definitely don’t want to make a mistake if you’re responding to a complaint.
For each question, decide which of the two alternatives is correct.

I'm afraid there are two mistakes in your key version.
In no.1 a word is missing: can help
In no.7 the past perfect is correct since the past tense (signed) is used in no.6!

In no. 7 the past perfect is correct ( you contradict yourselves in your answer ) so my result was in fact 100%
I really apologize for the mistakes. How embarrassing!
I have fixed both problems and can assure you that the test is now 100 per cent correct.
