Shouldn't it be cleaner's or cleaner? After all, you used baker and dentist.

Thanks for your comment. It is "cleaners" in the idiom. You would normally use the possessive form with the others: "baker's" or "dentist's". I decided to leave them in the singular form as I thought it would be less confusing.
