Telephoning is a difficult skill for many learners of business English. This audio CD lets you use the time you spend in the car, on the train or doing housework to increase your confidence on the phone. Professionell Telefonieren takes you through short dialogues of standard telephoning situations, such as beginning a call, leaving voicemail messages and giving phone numbers. You also learn to handle typical problems with mobile-phone calls. Exercises then allow you to check whether you've understood everything correctly. This systematic review of telephoning expressions may not be terribly exciting, but it's useful - particularly for learners who have not used English for some time.
