Incoterms at risk

Defining risk via incoterms
When I used to work for a Japanese import/export company it was easy to remember our terms of delivery. My boss drove a hard bargain, so just about everything we sold was delivered "Ex Works", while most things we bought were delivered "DDP". If you aren't, you can learn why he insisted on these terms by doing our latest exercise.
