Who’s calling, please?
Do you find it difficult to speak English on the phone? The key to good telephoning is confidence — and, of course, practice! Our new audio product, on track, covers ten areas of telephoning in English that often cause problems. In each unit, we offer dialogues, exercises and tips. You’ll also find tasks and phrases in this booklet.
We join employees of an imaginary company in the UK as they handle common phone situations with customers and business partners. You’ll be guided by Tania Higgins and communication-skills expert Bob Dignen, a regular author for Business Spotlight magazine.
