The correct answer is: bailout

"Many still fear the Greek bailout will not be enough to stop instability within the eurozone."

A bailout is financial assistance that will rescue a firm or, as in this case, a country.

This week, Greece asked the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the European Union (EU) for financial assistance to bail them out of their economic troubles. The €45 billion bailout package would include €8.4 billion from the German government.

bail sb. out  = jmdm. aus der Klemme helfen
bailout package = Rettungspaket
bailout = Rettungsaktion

bailiff = Gerichtsvollzieher(in)
