The correct answer is: oral

oral = mündlich

"An oral agreement is not enough. Get him to sign the contract!"

An oral agreement is one that is spoken rather than written.

oral agreement = mündliche Abmachung

A written agreement is far more easier to enforce than an oral one, which is why we often say "an oral agreement is not worth the paper it's written on".
