The correct answer is: panacea

There is no ___ for the financial crisis.

A panacea is a solution for all problems or diseases.

panacea = Allheilmittel

This week, in an interview with the BBC, World Bank chief Robert Zoellick warned that European leaders should stop looking for a panacea for the eurozone problems. Recently, analysts have been speculating that "cash-rich countries", such as China or Brazil, could be interested in buying European bonds and in helping to bail out the "cash-strapped countries", such as Greece and Italy, but Zoellick rejected the suggestion. "[T]he idea that you are going to have the Chinese come with a bag of gold and bail everybody out of this problem, I wouldn't hold my breath," he said. China, with a per capita income of around $4,000, cannot bail out countries with a per capita income of around $30,000 to $40,000, he commented.

The pancreas is a gland behind the stomach that controls digestive enzymes.

pancreas = Bauchspeicheldrüse

"In 2004, Steve Jobs was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in his pancreas."
