The correct answer is: picture

"Are you in the picture about the changes on the website?"

If you are in the picture about something, you are informed about it.

Informally, we often ask somebody to keep us informed by saying: "Keep me in the picture."

Another useful informal expression with picture is "get the picture". If you get the picture, you understand what is going on. We often use it if we are frustrated about a situation but understand why it is so.

get the picture = etw. kapieren

In pictures

We'd like to finish this quiz with a picture of Bob Dignen, regular author for our Business Skills section of the magazine.

Business with Bob

Business Spotlight has launched the new video series Business with Bob. In each of the ten videos, Bob gives you tips and examples for improving your communication at work. Watch the first one here on socializing.

By the way, an old-fashioned way of saying that somebody works in the film industry is "he's in pictures". Today, as it has become easier to make movies and videos, this expression is rarely used.

Try another:

"The US government now hopes to ___ some of the bonuses that were paid to AIG executives."
