I recently found your wordlist audio file. You should know that I really appreciate this product because it is very helpful for me to hear the British and US pronounciation of the language. I have to communicate to British and US business partners so this exercise helps me a lot.

I am a new subscriber. When I want to down load some audio files, instructions are given in German that I am unable to understand. Please give the instructions in English so that everybody can access easily.

Wo und wie lade ich die Audio-files z. B. für das neue Heft 01/2011 runter. Konnte ich bisher nicht finden.

I am a subscriber of the paper version. As you recently announced the epaper version of business spotlight, I was very happy as I have been missing the possibility to read online abroad for quite some time.
Now I am desperately searching where to download the electronic version. I only found the possibility to subscribe additionaly for the epaper. Am I right to understand that you would like to charge twice for an identical content only because of a different medium (paper, pdf)?
I have always been very satisfied with business spotlight magazine. But as I have already subscribed for the magazine in print I expect the electronic version for free like other publishers (e.g. Spiegel Verlag) offer this service at no extra cost. Anything else would appear to me as exploitation and non-service related business :-(

We appreciate your taking the time to send us your feedback on our e-paper.
Spotlight Verlag has decided to offer the e-paper as an alternative to the print version of our print magazines at a reduced price. If you choose to subscribe to the e-paper instead of the print version, you will receive a 15 per cent discount on your subscription. If you wish to receive both versions, you will have to subscribe to both. We have the same pricing policy for Business Spotlight Audio: you can take out a subscription for the CD, or you can subscribe to the digital version at a 15 per cent discount.
Most media organizations have different pricing models for digital and print media. We have opted for a clear pricing policy across all our products: the digital version is available separately at a reduced price. You will find, for example, that the e-paper is not free for Spiegel subscribers either, but offered at a slight discount to subscribers.
We understand that you may feel disappointed with this policy and will be passing on your comments to the management at Spotlight Verlag for consideration.
