Help, I'm confused!

In the past, I've often been rude in articles and blog posts about the poor customer service offered by Deutsche Telekom. I usually felt a bit guilty afterwards — at least until my next encounter with the firm.

Hit or shit?

Are there any good arguments against using English words in German? Yes, there is one. If people don't understand what you want to say, you should avoid English. Particularly if you are a restaurant offering a meal called "hit of the day".
