The wrong system?

Something is wrong at our company. Very, very wrong. I think the whole system needs changing, but nobody else seems bothered about it. So, last week, I tried to introduce a new system.

Not getting to know you

A recent visit to Munich's 200th Oktoberfest reminded me how unimportant our names are in many situations. That may sound odd, but we often have conversations without introducing ourselves until the end — if at all.
