EU leaders, together with the IMF, have agreed to support a new €109 billion Greek bailout, which will include a voluntary contribution of €37 billion from the private sector. The new deal, which will also be applied to Ireland and Portugal, has had a mixed reaction from the media.

When I heard that Queen Elizabeth would be visiting the Rock of Cashel during her historic trip to Ireland, I had to laugh. And then I felt a little ashamed.
