Procedure
In small groups, the students create a short skit that includes someone with bad mobile-phone manners, e.g. in a meeting or on a train.
The groups present their skits to the class. The groups can pair up and present them to each other if they are nervous about acting in front of the class.
Discuss how to improve mobile-phone manners. Do the exercises in Business Spotlight Plus on pages 6–7.
Tracks 12–13 on Business Spotlight Audio 1/08 can be used as review material.
