PROCEDURE
- Ask your students if they have ever left a voicemail message in English. How did they feel?
- Look at the two examples of voicemail messages on page 47. Cover up the right-hand column and ask your students what’s wrong with the first message and good about the second one. Compare ideas with the advice in the column.
- Ask your students to prepare a voicemail message.
- Have your students call you after the lesson and leave a message on your voicemail.
