Transkript: Paying in a cashless world
What can be done to help people worried about paying for things in a cashless world?
This is something that concerns me. People don’t like to look foolish or feel to feel embarrassedsich genierenembarrassed. And with all these new technologies, it’s quite possible that the silent generation will simply be afraid to appear in public if they simply don’t know how to pay for things using these new technologies. And I think there’s a golden opportunity here for schools and tech companies to come together and get young people to work with and help older people to use these new devices and use these apps so that they can understand how we can pay for things in the future. And this is something I’ll be writing about and talking about more in 2019.
